In 2024, Skippio ran a single fast-track collection point at the Aviva Stadium. For the 2025 Quilter Nations Series, we ran seven. This is what happened when fans could order from anywhere in the stadium.
Where it started
Our first season at the Aviva was deliberately small: one fast-track collection point at Section 120. Fans ordered food and drink on their phones and collected from a dedicated counter instead of joining the main bar queue.
It performed well, and demand grew through the season. That gave us and the stadium the confidence to go much bigger the following year.
Going stadium-wide
For the 2025 Quilter Nations Series, Skippio expanded to seven collection points across the stadium. More fans were now within easy reach of a collection point, so more of them could order ahead, and orders were spread across more counters.
We ran across three fixtures: Japan, Australia and South Africa.

Faster, not just bigger
Scaling up didn't slow service down. Paid-to-ready time, the time between a fan paying and their order being ready to collect, was 90% faster in 2025 than in 2024.
Fans also came back. Between the Japan and South Africa games, returning users increased by 112.5%, and sales of the top product rose by 300%.

What it shows
- Access drives adoption. When collection points are close to where fans sit, more of them order ahead.
- More points, more capacity. Spreading orders across seven counters raised throughput and average basket size.
- Speed holds at scale. Order management kept fulfilment fast, even with far more orders.
